10th Collective Creative Agency is a cross-platform multimedia production, brand management/consulting company, and advertising agency whose purpose is to empower, curate, and grow athlete, entertainer, and corporate brands through various platforms and mediums. The goal is to create an incubator for our clients to share their own voice, ideas, and creativity while putting the power of the messaging and the story in the hands of the storyteller.

Collectively, we have over 25 years of experience in TV and film, including live event production, commercials and PSAs, documentaries, sports videos, and other short and long form content. We have won over 20 awards, including multiple regional Emmys, Telly Awards, Communicator Awards, and a Peabody Award. Our partners, Talooka Studio, are a black, LBGQT+, women-owned design studio. They are creative entrepreneurs with over 20+ years of experience in brand identity, graphic, and web design.

Curtis is an accomplished corporate executive. He worked for ESPN in several marketing and sales positions before moving on to BET where he was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of BET Action Pay-Per-View and BET International. During his tenure, he helped BET build its subscriber base from 18.8 million to 65 million homes. He moved on to pro sports as the COO of the Washington Mystics. Symonds has also served as the President of the T. Howard Foundation, a non-profit organization devoted to promoting women and people of color in entertainment and multimedia platforms. He is a recipient of the 1998 National Cable Television Association (NCTA) Vanguard Award for marketing excellence, the highest award for marketing in the cable industry.

umoke is a seasoned Producer, Director, Writer, and On-Air talent. He has over 20 years of experience working on documentaries, unscripted series, episodic television, commercials, music videos, sports intro videos, and more. He has won multiple awards, including five Emmy Awards, and has worked for PBS, BET, ABC, ESPN, NBA TV, WGN, WHUT, and Showtime. He is a member of the Director’s Guild of America, the National Association of Black Journalists, and sits on the Board and the Executive Council of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, National Capital Chesapeake Bay Chapter.

Will McKinley III is an Emmy, Telly, and Peabody Award-Winning cinematographer. McKinley has over 10 years of experience in the field of video production working on commercials, television shows, digital content, and documentaries for the Travel Channel, Food Network, PBS, Baltimore Orioles, Washington Wizards, and Washington Capitals. He received a Peabody Award for his work on 180 Days: A Year Inside An American High School serving as an Associate Producer / Cinematographer. McKinley also produced, filmed, and edited a PBS magazine-style mini-series titled The District on current affairs in D.C. Working for the Wizards Wizards he produced and edited several short-form digital content pieces. His most notable piece was DP on, Seeing is Believing: The Caron Butler story, which won an Emmy Award and a Telly Award.
WilBERT McKinley III

Caron is currently an Assistant Coach for the Miami Heat. Previously, he could routinely be seen as an NBA analyst for numerous platforms, including ESPN and NBA TV. He is also an Emmy and Telly Award winning Executive Producer and an Author. Plus he hosts his own podcast, The Tuff Juice Podcast with Caron Butler. Butler, played 16 seasons in the NBA. He is a 2x NBA All-Star and an NBA Champion with the Dallas Mavericks.
CARON BUTLER

Karrington is an Emmy Award winning producer and content creator and has executive produced content for a number of entertainers & athletes as well as different sports such as basketball, hockey, football, and esports. Karrington has worked as the Senior Manager of Content and Programming at Monumental Sports Network, in charge of negotiating and handling all content acquisition deals as well as working hand-in-hand with professional leagues, public and private recreational agencies, and marketing and promotion agencies.

Roan Ross is a Director of Photography, Editor, and Engineer for a number of productions ranging from web series, and live sporting events, to short narratives and feature-length documentaries. These experiences on various projects have helped him develop a creative and practical approach to each production. Roan has been working on live stream productions from professional sports to military and government projects.

Mansa Johnson found his passion in production at an HBCU working on a documentary called, Akata. He has since gone on to serve as a cinematographer for projects with the NBA and Washington Wizards, artists including Akon, Common, and Jazmine Sullivan, as well as Radio One digital content, and The Grammys Recording Academy, Washington, D.C. Chapter. He has also earned an Emmy- nomination for a project with Monumental Sports called, Sideline Stories and also won a Telly Award for a project called “Faithful 2 the Grind” with 2017 NBA #1 Draft pick, Markelle Fultz. Mansa was the Director of Photography for the feature documentary “What Happened 2 Chocolate City”.
